You must submit a clear copy of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (UMID, driver's license, passport, PhilSys national ID, or voter's ID) as part of the KYC process. 3.5 anuspin9 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without stating a reason.
4.1 All deposits to anuspin9 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). anuspin9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 The following deposit methods are currently supported: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and UnionBank Online Banking. Available payment methods are subject to change at anuspin9's sole discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's deposit page for each payment method. The minimum GCash deposit is currently ₱100. anuspin9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
4.4 All funds deposited to your anuspin9 account must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. anuspin9 reserves the right to reverse any deposit determined to be from a third-party source and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
4.5 anuspin9 reserves the right to implement deposit limits on any account in connection with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used for deposit ("return-to-source" policy) or to a verified payment account in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
5.2 All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification (see Section 3.4). anuspin9 will not process any withdrawal for an account that has not passed KYC.
5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts; however, requests exceeding ₱500,000 may be subject to additional processing time and compliance review.

6.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all anuspin9 promotions unless otherwise specified:
6.3 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 anuspin9 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments in any case where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper means.
7.1 All games available on the anuspin9 Platform operate pursuant to the rules published within each game interface and in associated game help files. In the event of any conflict between in-game help text and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
7.2 All real-money games on anuspin9 — including slot titles, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. anuspin9 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
7.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account. anuspin9 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from malfunctions. 12.1 You may close your anuspin9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure with no outstanding balance disputes, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.
12.2 anuspin9 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13.3 All disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved by reference to anuspin9's server logs, which shall constitute the definitive record of game transactions. In cases of discrepancy between a player's records and anuspin9's server logs, the server logs shall prevail.
13.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through anuspin9's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13.
15.1 anuspin9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, anuspin9 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will post a notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
